Interra Realty has closed a 54 unit multifamily property at 4303 N. Keystone in Chicago’s Irving Park neighborhood. Brad Feldman, managing partner at the firm, closed the deal worth $3.45 million. The building included six three-bedroom units, nine two-bedroom units, 33 one-bedroom units and six studio units. In recent months, Interra Realty brokers have represented eight additional deals in the greater Chicago market each worth more than $1 million. They include:

A 25 unit condo quality property in Rogers Park at 7722 N. Ashland sold for $3.2 million. Ed Logvinsky represented the buyer and David Goss and Jon Morgan represented the seller.

A 15 unit multifamily property in Edgewater at 5713-15 N. Kenmore sold for $1.7 million. Brad Feldman represented the buyer and seller. Feldman also represented both sides of a bank-owned failed condo-conversion in Park Manor at 7109-19 S. Calumet. The building has large two and three bedroom units.

A 24 unit rehabbed apartment building at 7526 N. Seeley in Rogers Park sold for $2.2 million. Ted Stratman, represented the buyer of the property, which consists of large one bedroom and two bedroom units.

A 10 unit multifamily building at 1414 N. Noble in Wicker Park sold for $1.8 million. Justin Ross and Ray Tiernan represented the buyer and the seller. Ross and Tiernan also represented both buyer and seller of a 26 unit mixed-use courtyard property in Hermosa that sold for $1.5 million.

A 10 unit townhome style apartment property at 385 & 389 North Wood Dale Avenue in Wood Dale sold for $1.06 million. James Clough and Joe Smazal represented the seller and buyer. Clough and Smazal also represented the seller and buyer of 1151 South Oak Park Avenue, a 19 unit apartment building in Oak Park. The unit mix consisted of studio and one bedroom layouts.
