Interra Realty has added five new brokers to its commercial real estate brokerage team including one director and four associates.

 

Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson joined the firm as director and brings commercial real estate and construction industry experience. He was formerly a project manager for one of Chicago’s largest general contractors and national real estate developer. Johnson holds an MBA degree from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a bachelors degree in construction management from Purdue University, West Lafayette. He is also a LEED Green Associate.

 

Ryan Seibolt

Ryan Seibolt joined as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Yelp Inc. in advertising sales and was one of the top sales reps in the Chicago office. His business focus is multi-family and mixed-use properties in both Chicago and suburban locations. Ryan earned his bachelors in telecommunications with a management focus from Penn State University.

 

Hayden Sherwood

Hayden Sherwood joined the firm as associate after working at a township assessor’s office for more than six years where he ensured that values for more than 7,000 properties were consistent with current market data. Sherwood earned his bachelors in political science and psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater.

 

Jeff Randall

Jeff Randall joined Interra as associate with an industrial and residential real estate background and is a mixed-use and multi-family property expert. He handles asset valuation, research, database management and marketing at the firm. Randall is a graduate of Roosevelt University.

 

Adam Saxon

Adam Saxon joined the firm as associate with a diverse background in sales and marketing.  A graduate of Indiana University, he earned a bachelor in management while also attending The University of Oxford. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois.
