Interra realty has sold a 26 unit multifamily property at 3215-21 North Keating Avenue in Chicago’s Kilbourn Park Neighborhood.  James Clough and Joe Smazal, managing partners at the firm, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

The property sold for $2.425MM ($93,269/unit), which was 97% of the list price.  The building is made up of all two bedroom units, and had been owned by the Seller for almost 25 years.

“We were on the market for less than two weeks, and because of a creative deal structure, we closed three weeks after coming to an agreement on price and terms.  The deal accomplished our Seller’s objectives, and the property was a great fit for the Buyer’s portfolio,” said Joe Smazal.
