Through a long standing relationship with the owner, Interra Realty broker Ted Stratman was engaged on an off-market basis to market the asset to a select group of qualified investors. Located along historic Drexel Boulevard, this 33 unit apartment building went through an extensive rehab in 2019/2020 allowing the owner to increase rents to market rate. With a unit mix consisting of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, the overall interest was high and multiple competitive offers were procured for the asset on a discreet basis. The competitive nature of the sale ultimately produced one of the highest price per unit sales in the Kenwood submarket.
