South Shore Value-Add

7526 S. Colfax was an off-market transaction located in South Shore.  The seller had owned the property for 3 years and collected strong cash flow during that time, but was interested in selling the asset to consolidate their portfolio. Interra brokers Ted Stratman & Jeremy Morton reached out to a few select buyers and were able to put the deal together on an off-market nature.  The buyer, a national owner and operator of apartment buildings, was attracted to the property as it presents a value-add component in upgrading the interior of the units, as well as the potential for adding an additional garden unit.
