CHICAGO, IL – Interra Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment services firm, hired Tommy Richard as an associate. This is the third new hire for the growing company over the past three months.

Richard will work alongside Senior Managing Partner Joe Smazal and Director Mark Dykstra, according to David Goss and Jon Morgan, co-founders and managing principals of Interra. Specializing in the north side of Chicagoland, Richard will focus on market analysis, asset valuation and business development.
