CHICAGO, IL – Interra Realty’s Senior Managing Partner Brad Feldman was recently featured in the March issue of Heartland Real Estate Business in an article discussing the high demand for multifamily investment in 2022.

Fryman outlined Interra’s growth during the pandemic as well as explained how the Chicago market has fared when compared to other markets around the country.

Feldman explains that while today’s market tends to favor sellers, both sides of the transaction are still attractive.

“Low interest rates have helped impact values and buyers’ willingness to stretch,” Feldman says. “We’re seeing no slowing down of buyers interest .”
