Managing partner, Lucas Fryman, and associate, Sam Gutierrez represented the private seller. The buyer was attracted to the level of care the property had received over the seller’s 30+ years of ownership, as well as the potential to increase rents through in-unit and common space modernization. The buyer was in a 1031 Exchange.

This sale marks the 11^th Interra transaction in the Marquette Park neighborhood since the start of 2020.
