Trading Spaces

Interra brokers Brian DiBasilio and Craig Martin had a long standing relationship with the seller.  Over the years, the brokers had shown him multiple properties to purchase and they had periodic conversations with him about the building at 4423 N. Ashland. After being presented with a new construction property to buy, the seller realized the sale of Ashland would help him with a trade.

Brian and Craig were able to procure the buyer within 1 day, with incredibly clean terms and a quick close. The transaction went very smoothly.  The seller was able to get the price he wanted and the buyer was able to add another strong value-add building to their portfolio. Both parties were extremely happy with the end result.
