943 N. Crosby St. is a 2018 construction luxury mixed-use property in the River North neighborhood. Interra Realty was asked by a 1031 buyer to assist in finding a suitable upleg. Through our wide network, we were able to find this off-market opportunity and negotiated a deal that worked for both parties. 

As a testament to the strength of the asset and submarket, the property performed well with no collection issues as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The buyer closed in all-cash less than 45 days after contract execution.
