A Majestic Pair in Lincoln Square

The Lincoln & Eastwood Portfolio represented the rare opportunity to acquire a mixed-use (primarily multifamily) portfolio in the heart of Lincoln Square. The portfolio consisted of two adjacent buildings; 4621-25 N. Lincoln Avenue and 2243-51 W. Eastwood Avenue. The properties had been modernized, professionally managed, and well maintained. 

Interra ran a proactive marketing campaign during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the uncertainty in the market, we generated strong interest and multiple offers. The buyer recognized the opportunity to achieve economies of scale in a tight submarket and also assumed the existing CMBS financing, which was mutually beneficial for both buyer and seller.
