CHICAGO, IL – Interra Realty brokered the $4.95 million sale of 2105 W. Caton St. in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. The nine-unit mixed-use property traded for $550,000 per unit.

Interra Senior Managing Partner Brad Feldman represented the buyer, a local private investor who also assumed the loan. Additionally, Feldman represented the seller, a developer he had worked with on the original 2018 land acquisition. The property was fully occupied at the time of sale. 2105 W. Caton is close to The 606 trail, as well as some of Bucktown and Wicker Park’s retail, restaurant, nightlife and hospitality offerings.
