CHICAGO, IL – A multifamily portfolio consisting of two buildings on Chicago’s North Side has been sold for $2.9 million. An out-of-state buyer paid $205,000 per unit for apartment buildings located at 3856 W. Diversey Ave. and 2544 N. Harding Ave. in the Logan Square neighborhood, according to Brad Feldman, a senior managing partner with Interra Realty LLC, who represented the local seller with colleague Jeremy Morton. The buildings have a total of 15 apartments.

“There continues to be strong activity in the market. And despite interest rates increasing, capital is still relatively cheap,” said Feldman. “It continues to be an active market for both buyers and sellers.”
