Interra Realty has brokered the $2.3M sale of a 39-unit apartment building at 500 Des Plaines Ave in Forest Park, IL. Managing partners Joe Smazal and James Clough repped both the buyer and the seller of Forest Hall Apartments, which has a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments near the Blue Line train station.
