Interra Realty has promoted Joe Smazal and Brad Feldman from managing partners to senior managing partners. Smazal has completed more than $200 million in multifamily sales since 2017, while Feldman has closed more than 80 multifamily or mixed-use property sales collectively valued at more than $100 million during the past three years.
