CHICAGO, IL – A confidential seller sold three multifamily properties in Oak Park, Berwyn and Forest Park, all near west suburbs of Chicago, to three different private buyers for a total of $5.97M. Interra Realty’s Patrick Kennelly and Paul Waterloo brokered the sales. The transactions were: 935 South Blvd. in Oak Park, a three-story, 31-unit apartment building that sold for $4.2M; 3522-3530 South Oak Park Ave., a two-building, 12-unit rental community in Berwyn that sold for $1.15M; and 1214 Marengo Ave., a six-unit rental property in Forest Park that sold for $620K.
