Interra Realty, a Chicago-based commercial real estate investment services firm, today announced it has hired two associates, Coral Christian and Sam Gutierrez, to support the firm’s continued growth as it celebrates its 10th anniversary. 

Christian will work with Brad Feldman, senior managing partner. She previously worked in sales for two Fortune 500 companies, where she built client relationships and learned how to identify and implement actionable solutions to client challenges. Most recently, she sold residential and commercial title insurance in Chicago. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with degrees in marketing and management, Christian is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois. 

Gutierrez will work with Lucas Fryman, managing partner. Gutierrez, who is also licensed in Illinois, joins Interra after graduating from Miami University in Ohio, where he earned a B.A. in political science and urban planning. While in school, he completed internships as a multifamily housing development analyst and in energy/sustainability.
