CHICAGO, IL – Interra Realty has hired Nathan Zito as the firm’s newest associate. The addition of Zito will allow Interra to build on its significant growth in recent years, including $229 million in transactions closed year to date.

Zito will work on a team with Managing Partner Patrick Kennelly and Director Paul Waterloo. Prior to joining Interra, Zito worked in commercial construction, where his interest and knowledge of developments grew from technical to sustainable. He most recently worked as a project manager at Pioneer Engineering & Environmental Services and before that as an operating field engineer at Testing Service Corporation. A graduate of the University of Iowa, he holds a bachelor’s degree in geoscience and business management.
