Prairie Avenue Persistence

The sale of 4040 S. Prairie Avenue took determination and patience as the process ended up playing out over the course of a year. This marketing process included multiple efforts from at least 3 different Interra Realty brokers. A deal was nearing the final stages in early March 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, ultimately leading to the buyer walking away from the table. During the lockdown months, Interra was able to re-engage an interested group from earlier in the year and ultimately ended up reaching an agreement.
