6126-28 S. Woodlawn Ave. was part of a nine property portfolio offering.  The market determined that smaller package and individual deals would yield the highest price for the seller. After a very short marketing period, Interra Realty procured multiple written offers for 6126-28 S. Woodlawn Ave.

The local private partnership that acquired the property was attracted to the upside in rent levels and proximity to the University of Chicago campus, which has been pushing south in recent years. 

Interra Realty shepherded the deal to a successful closing, despite challenges with the COVID-19 pandemic.
